Wall panels for bathrooms
A bathroom wall panel is a 100% waterproof PVC covering that gives a grout-free, mould-free surface and can be bonded over old tiles without demolition. Stone, travertine and marble patterns for showers, bath surrounds and behind the basin.

Why wall panels in the bathroom instead of tiles?
No grout, no mould
The large-format panel is grout-free; the joints are sealed with sanitary silicone. Grey, mouldy tile grout is a thing of the past with this surface.
Renovation without demolition
With a bonding primer the panel can be bonded over old tiles, so there is no chiselling, rubble or dust, and the bathroom is renewed in 1–2 days instead of the 4–5 days of tiling.
Light and quick to clean
The 3 mm sheet is light, so it can also go on plasterboard. Soap marks and limescale wipe off the non-porous surface with a mild cleaner.
A real job
One bathroom, start to finish
In the video, a real bathroom is renewed with Calcatta PVC wall panels. It starts from a worn wall that is chipped in places — exactly the state that makes most people start thinking about replacing all the tiles.
From there, though, there is no chiselling and no rubble: surface preparation, cutting the sheets to size, cut-outs around the tap and fittings, then fitting the panels. The joints are sealed with sanitary silicone.
The result is a grout-free, marble-effect wall. The panel in the video is Calcatta: the entry-level white marble pattern in the Lumina range.

How it goes together in a shower
On walls that get direct water (showers, above a bath), a liquid waterproofing membrane goes under the panel: it protects the wall structure, while the panel provides the look and easy cleaning. We supply both the materials and a guide for the build-up.
Behind a basin, in a WC and on the dry walls of the bathroom, the panel can be bonded directly, without a membrane.

Frequently asked questions
Can PVC wall panels be used in a shower?
Yes. The panel is 100% waterproof; on shower walls, combined with a liquid waterproofing membrane (primer + two coats with corner reinforcement tape) and sanitary silicone joints, it makes a complete, grout-free shower wall.
Does the wall go mouldy behind the panel?
Not with proper installation: the panel itself is mould-resistant, the joints are sealed airtight with silicone, and in wet zones the liquid membrane protects the wall. On a grout-free surface mould has nowhere to settle in the first place, unlike tile grout.
Do I have to remove the old tiles when renovating a bathroom?
No. If the tiles are sound and flat, the panel can be bonded directly onto them with a bonding primer, so the bathroom is renewed without demolition, rubble or dust, typically in 1–2 days.
Are acoustic slat panels suitable for bathrooms too?
No, acoustic panels are made of wood veneer and MDF and do not belong in humid rooms. For bathrooms we only recommend the 100% waterproof PVC wall panels.
