Ordering & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Colours we have in stock are delivered within a few days of your order, at a time agreed with you in advance. For items we order in for you, we confirm the exact lead time in the order confirmation.
How much does delivery cost?
The cost depends on the quantity and the address; once you get in touch, we’ll give you an exact delivery price. For larger orders, delivery may be free.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, you can collect your order from either showroom (Budaörs, Békéscsaba) during opening hours.
Products & installation
Can I install the wall panels myself?
PVC and slatted panels are fixed with adhesive and can be installed with basic DIY skills. We provide a guide, and we can recommend an installer if you prefer.
Are the stone-effect PVC panels waterproof?
Yes, they are 100% waterproof, so you can use them in bathrooms, showers and as a kitchen splashback.
How do I work out how much I need?
Measure the width and height of the wall and send them to us — we will calculate how many panels you need, including an allowance for cutting. You can also find the exact panel sizes on each product page.
Showrooms & warranty
Can I get a sample before I install?
Yes. You can see the materials in person at both showrooms, and for most panels we can also bring samples to you.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All our products come with an official distributor warranty and an invoice. Lumina and Condor products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
