Product description
Ecolite Wall Decor Walnut Gold is a lightweight slatted decorative panel, walnut-toned with gold accent strips: thin, glue-on, in 290 × 30 cm strips.
It is the most dramatic colour pairing in the family: the dark walnut base and the gold lines bring an evening, cocktail-bar elegance. It really comes into its own on a dining room wall, behind a home bar or display cabinet, or in a living room with a wine rack; with warm lighting the effect is exclusive, like a private club.
Technical details
- Panel size: 2900 × 300 × 9.5 mm, supplied as 0.87 m² per panel
- Deep walnut-toned slatted surface with gold dividing strips
- Featherweight and thin, with a minimal build-up on the wall
- Fixed with adhesive; for indoor use
Installation and care
On a dark surface the joints show less, so it is forgiving for first-time fitters. The dark colour also hides the cut edges. Clean it with a slightly damp soft cloth; dust shows sooner on a dark surface, so dusting once a week is recommended.
Frequently asked questions
Won’t it be too dark in a small room?
On a single accent wall the dark walnut adds depth rather than closing the room in; keep the other walls light. To clad a whole room, the Oak or Grey version is the right choice.
What does it go best with?
Brass and black metals, leather seating, burgundy and green textiles: in other words, it suits the classic ‘evening living room’ palette best.
Is it the same system as the other Ecolite panels?
Yes, the same size and installation, and the colours can be combined freely, for example a band of Walnut Gold within a field of White Gold.
